Why am I unable to give a student Full access?

Depending on which plan you’ve subscribed to, there is a limit to the total number of students that can have full access at any one time.

• Starter plan = 10 students with Full access

• Plus plan = 30 students with Full access

• Premium plan = 150 students with Full access

Remember to clean up old or inactive student accounts, as moving these accounts to limited access or removing them altogether will allow you to grant full access to other students.
